So.. I now have to prove that my watch was a current model and not an old one.. and this has now been sent to Mido in Switzerland to see if I am indeed a liar. You would think that after spending nearly $2,000 with Anthonys Fine Jewellery I would be a customer.. I note from their Facebook page their tag line is;
Providing World’s Best Service and Quality to our Customers
Not in my experience!
In my experience I can honestly say that Anthonys Jewellers have provdided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Which when you consider they sell luxury products to a retail market in trouble is quite surprising. You would think they would want to keep what customers they do have happy – or maybe they get so much business they can afford to provide crap service.
Either way lets see what the Swiss have to say… they are efficient and dilligent right?
